Stunning contemporary split level loft house 2 minutes walk from the beach. Based in the heart of Woolacombe very close to all the local shops, cafe’s, bars, restaurants and surf centres.
~ Summary ~
This is our family holiday home which we bought in 2018, have finished to a very high specification and we are delighted to be able to share it with you. We have BT Broadband, BT Sports & Netflix should you tire of the beach.
Hot tub being delivered in April, happy to accommodate well behaved dogs.
~ The space ~
Light and airy duplex with open plan kitchen, living, dining and sun terrace on top floor. Lots of glass floods the space with natural light making it wonderful whatever the weather.
~ Guest Services ~
We have a brilliant housekeeper living nearby and we are available by email and phone to make sure you are happy.

This is our holiday home not a business so we want to make sure you are very happy here.

In the heart of Woolacombe within easy walking distance of everything including the beach.
~ Getting around ~
We have off street parking and a garage. Once you are here you will not need to drive anywhere as we are in the heart of Woolacombe.
